Freelancer Position with Green Dream Group,LLC

Seeking a webdesigner who is excellent at Joomla and can work and communicate effectively.  

We are relatively happy and able to manipulate our site, but as a small firm our plate is getting too full and we need to be able to shuttle off some of our stuff to someone who can work quickly and follow direction well.  If you have any experience with Flash that would be great too, as we may have another site that could use some quarterly service too.  

The heavy lifting is done, we need a good gardener to keep things pruned, year around, and occasionally add in some new plants as they old ones die out.  

We are looking for a lasting, long term relationship.
